Before booking up the trip through our agency, trekkers, mountaineers, travelers should know these terms and conditions. Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour (P) Ltd is a reputed government certified company having following terms and conditions:
We accept credit card or bank transfer and during the booking period, you have to deposit 30% per person which is non refundable and Final sum should be paid as you arrive in Nepal or via bank raft in Euro/ USD/ cash/ Master Cards/ Visa. Service charge of Bank for transfer or draft of bank should be put up by the customers themselves. You will get your money refunded if only you leave the tour in the middle because of your own cause.
The packages are on sharing bases and any sole extra charge will be additional. It’s your individual responsibility for extra expenses because of your own reason and beyond our management like flight delays or under unforeseen circumstances. It is for all time wise and not compulsory to set aside more than one or one extra time for tours that involves air trips from remote areas. Such charged should be accepted by the client themselves.
Our staffs will offer the most genuine services and we assure that no one of our members will damage or take your stuffs. We will not be in charge for any adverse conditions of loss or robbery of your belongings during the trip.
Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour holds the right to change the route, trekking length and make several other modifications for the protection and concern of the trekking group, particularly in climate difficulties, altitude sickness or wounds. Also, our guides take the right to banish you from the team if you do severe illegal acts.
We give the most excellent services to make your trip safe and easy, but you need take a trip at your own risk. You will be requested to sign a supposition and release of threat form at the pre-departure meeting.
Similarly, if you wish for doing your travel insurance, we will organize the tour insurance and the price should be paid by yourself.
